PROMOTION GUIDELINES

PROMOTION DATES: October 6th – October 15th

PROMOTION PLAN:

• 3 Solo Emails sent to your entire email database
• 1 Newsletter Mention sent to your entire email database
• At least 2 Social Media Posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn)

The method for promoting this event is to send emails once a day for 2-4 days. Please adjust this for your audience but ideally, the plan is to do a promo blast by sending 4 emails in 4 days in a row (1 email per day). An alternative would be to send 2 emails in 2 days in a row or 3 emails in 3 days in a row if you feel like this would be more beneficial to your audience!

RECOMMENDATION:

• Please copy/paste your link into the Solo Email & Social Media posts.
• Feel free to change the copy of emails and social posts to fit more of your voice, style and story. Providing some more personal details throughout the email will make the Solo emails much more interesting to your audience!
