What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a method of therapy that is used to solve an emotional, psychological or physical issue. Hypnosis utilizes a trance state, allowing the person to move past their conscious mind to access the root cause of the presenting issue
How is your approach different from “talk therapy?”
In talk therapy we use our conscious mind to explore our challenges. Talk therapy is so helpful, sometimes we really need to just talk about our feelings. In our work together we will talk, but we will also go much deeper. We will follow the root cause of the challenge and access memories, traumas, events, or feelings to allow for deep healing of the initial wounding. This is incredibly powerful and allows for long lasting healing.
What is regression therapy?
Regression therapy uses early or past life experiences as a source to heal current challenges. Most of our challenges stem from experiences from an earlier time in our life. By going back and doing a healing on the initial wounding or experience it can bring long lasting healing and change.
How many sessions will it to help me with my issues?
Resolving an issue depends on the nature of the presenting problem. Most people start to feel better after three sessions. At that time it will be easier to predict how many sessions you would want or need.
What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is an ancient form of healing that teaches one to access inner wisdom. It is an ancient way of communicating with spirit and Earth based wisdom.
