How to deal with people who are never wrong!

It can be very frustrating to be in a conflict or disagreement with someone who does not ever admit they are wrong.

There are some people that have a difficult time taking responsibility for their part in a situation.

Here is what is going on… they are protecting their egos.

Often this comes from trauma, abuse, and or psychological upset at a very early age.  They learned to protect the ego, so as not to feel pain.

If they are NEVER wrong…then they don’t have to experience the pain of “failing.”

In the video below, I share ways on how to navigate these types of interactions, and HOW to build your confidence while doing so.

P.S

I am hosting a free training today at 12:00pm PST/3:00pm EST that YOU are invited to.

We will be exploring topics like these and more!  I will be revealing five secrets to having open, honest, respectful and loving relationships with the people in your life.
