I recently got my feelings hurt.
One of my biggest wounds is that I am not supported, or I am forgotten. This is a direct result of growing up as an orphan and being tossed around from home to home.
I have done a lot of work on this. There is more. There is always more. The wound does not run me as it used to. It’s a softer wound that I bounce back from more easily.
You are human. You get triggered at times. Your wounds and triggers can be deep medicine for you if you chose and if you do your inner work.
